We arrived to London in a zombie-like state after NOT sleeping a wink on our red eye. A visit to Kensington Gardens with some food from Daylesford was the perfect remedy.
After a full night’s sleep, we were feeling much better albeit quite chilly. The first full day was wintry but undeniably refreshing compared to Charlotte‘s heat.
This street on our way to breakfast was too cute. The Connaught area.
10/10 recommend this breakfast spot we discovered on our way to the National Gallery.

It’s almost hard to process the art we saw at the National Gallery. From Da Vinci, to Holbein, it’s truly mind-blowing. I am too distracted by my current surroundings and too exhausted from site seeing to do it justice in writing, but I fully intend to do a multi-part series on everything we have seen when I get back stateside.
